Painting ‘Layers’...

Reusing an old canvas, using pieces of card and paint to mark make lines and forms, shapes influenced from my previous print making work. I will explore layers through painting.

Painting, I usually find too be constricted or precise. Therefore I will work freely in this manner with no preconceptions of what the end painting will be.

I will log each ‘layer’ with the view to reuse these images digitally.

Exploring other materials on top of paint to create combines will be another option to explore.
